BGY TOP - MEET AND GREET PLUS

In order to meet the needs of business customers and those wishing to receive personalised treatment, Sacbo is offering a package of services called “BGY TOP” for departing and arriving passengers.

For those who want an exclusive airport experience, BGY TOP provides a luggage porter service, a welcome service from a dedicated hostess in the Check-in Lounge and a check-in procedure assistance service which is also extended to travel companions. Furthermore, it provides transit through the Fast Track lane for express access to airport security with a hostess on hand right up to the moment of boarding, boarding with a dedicated minibus, and the possibility to request an exclusive “personal shopping” service in order to be accompanied around the airport shops.

The BGYTOP service also allows access to the HelloSky Lounge located in the departures area before passport control.

For arriving passengers there is a luggage porter service, disembarkation with a dedicated minibus, a welcome service with hostess, and the possibility to access the Check-in Lounge.

Admission to VIP lounges is allowed during opening hours* as indicated below:

Check-in Lounge: 04:30 am - 9:30 pm

HelloSky Lounge: 5 am - 11:00 pm

The rates for these services are as follows:

Adult rate: € 195 (€ 170 from the second)
Departures: first passenger €195; additional passengers €170. Children (2 - 11 years) €135.
Infants go free.
Rates valid from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm.
From 22.00 to 6.00: + € 25 per paying passenger
Arrivals: same rates as departures.

20% discount for those who book the services for both departure and arrival simultaneously.

If the request is made with less than 48 hours' notice: if it is possible to organize the service, an increase of +30% of the final rate will be made

The rates exclude VAT (if applicable).

Cancellation and reimbursement: in the event that the BGY TOP service is no longer required, it is possible to request a reimbursement within, and not beyond, 48 hours before the intended use date of the service. The refund shall be paid upon application of the relative €30.00 administrative fee. Refunds will not be given in the event of cancellation requests submitted less than 48 hours before the intended use date of BGY TOP.

Furthermore, it provides transit through the Fast Track lane for express access to airport security, access to the Airside VIP Lounge with a hostess on hand right up to the moment of boarding, boarding with a dedicated minibus, and the possibility to request an exclusive “personal shopping” service in order to be accompanied around the airport shops.

For arriving passengers there is a luggage porter service, disembarkation with a dedicated minibus, a welcome service with hostess, and the possibility to access the Landside VIP Lounge.

Admission to both VIP lounges is allowed during opening hours* as indicated below:

Landside VIP Lounge: 04:30-21:30

Airside VIP Lounge: 05: 00-23:00

The rates for these services are as follows:

Departures: first passenger €135; additional passengers €95. Children €65. Infants go free.

Arrivals: same rates as departures.

BGY GO - MEET AND GREET

The elegance of stress-free travel.

With our BGY GO - Meet & Greet service, your journey begins in total comfort.
We take care of every detail, guiding you with discretion and efficiency, all the way to the lounge in the gates area. Our team is always at your service, ensuring your comfort and serenity every step of the way.

Upon your arrival at the terminal, our hostess and porter will warmly welcome you and escort you to the check-in lounge, where you can complete all formalities with ease. Afterwards, your hostess will accompany you through security, ensuring a smooth and fast process. She will remain by your side until your entry into the Hellosky lounge, where you can relax and enjoy the exclusive atmosphere before departure.

From there, with complete serenity, you will proceed independently to your gate. The cost of the service is as follows:

first passenger Euro 125.00
subsequent passengers Euro 110.00
children from 2 years Euro 95.000
infant 0-1 year old free

Rates valid from 6 to 22.00.
From 22.00 to 6.00 + Euro 25 per paying pax
Rates are VAT excluded (if applicable)
