The cargo area of the Milan Bergamo airport extends over an area located in the east part of the airport, which is accessed by turning right at the roundabout entering the airport. The airport is certified for the management of all types of cargo aircraft up to the An-124 without any time restrictions on operations.

There are 3 cargo warehouses at the airport managed by 3 handlers: Sacbo, DHL and UPS.

Sacbo SpA is the cargo handling agent of reference at the airport with regard to the management of general goods cargo. Sacbo has its own warehouses covering a total area of 4,000 sqm operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with personnel in charge of incoming goods and handling operations who have expertise and proven experience in all matters (IATA, ICAO, IATA DGR, Sheet 3 of Enac Regulations, Customs Regulations) regarding airfreight. The facilities and services available at the cargo centre include ramp equipment for the management of all types of cargo aircraft, cold storage (total capacity of 180 cubic meters), large vault for valuable goods, Customs operational 24h, phyto-health service and veterinary service.
