Passenger guide

This section provides lots of useful information necessary for assisting travellers. Before departing passengers can consult the procedures required for boarding operations, the rules on the transport of baggage and liquids, the documents requested for your destination and the provisions relating to minors and the transport of animals. Useful information is also provided for passengers with reduced mobility.

In accordance with the rules to prevent the spread of Covid-19, access to the Terminal is permitted through door n. 4 only

Due to nightly sanitisation operations, required by anti Covid-19 protocol, access to the Terminal, might not be guaranteed from 00.00 to 04.00 am.

We inform passengers that all purchases made at the airport travel free on board the aircraft, as long as their size and weight are compatible with current legislation and according to the transport conditions provided by the carrier used


Passenger notice

Passengers are reminded that, in compliance with the provisions of the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 7 September 2020, and in accordance with directives by ENAC (Ente Nazionale per l'Aviazione Civile, Italian Civil Aviation Authority) regarding measures of combating Covid-19 infection, on board Ryanair flights – just as for others – it is mandatory to use exclusively surgical masks or, alternatively, FFP2-3 or KN 95-98-type masks, or their equivalent.

Any other type of personal protection will not be considered as suitable for boarding. Thank you for your cooperation.
