Controls and findings on the administration
The National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC), in carrying out the monitoring activity of compliance with the publicity and transparency obligations set out in the Legislative Decree. 33/2013, as amended by Legislative Decree 97/2016, to which Sacbo is also required, as a non-controlling publicly held company referred to in art. 2-bis, co. 3, first sentence of the same decree, entrusted the OIVs and in bodies without OIVs to the body with similar functions or to the legal representative, the task of carrying out checks and certifications in reference to the fulfillment of the publication obligations in relation to certain types of content.
Supervisory body that performs the functions of OIV
SACBO, as a publicly held, non-controlling company, has deemed it appropriate to fulfill its transparency obligations through its Legal Representative.

Given the legal nature of Sacbo, as an investee company, this requirement is not applicable.
