FOR THE ISSUE OF THE IDENTITY CARD

  • Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.
  • On Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00.
  • Closed on Sundays and holidays.

The identity card can only be issued to users in possession of a flight ticket with imminent or short-term departure (7 - 10 days)

Duration: the identity card, issued at the moment, is in PAPER format and expires until August 3, 2026.

Reasons for release:

- Loss / theft

- Natural expiration of the document

- In case of minors / infants first release

- Deterioration

- Document not valid for expatriation

 

Bring:

- 2 PHOTOS

- REPORT OF LOSS OR THEFT

- (IN CASE OF COMPLAINT) OTHER DOCUMENT SUCH AS LICENSE OR IDENTITY CARD / PASSPORT / LICENSE SCAN

- IF THE IDENTITY CARD HAS EXPIRED OR DETERIORATED, THE PREVIOUS DOCUMENT WILL BE WITHDRAWN

- FLIGHT TICKET

 

The cost of the identity card is € 60 and payment can be made in cash or by card.

IN THE CASE OF MINORS:

The identity card will be issued VALID FOR EXPATRIATION only if both legal guardians are present in the office or the parent not present will have to fill in an consent for expatriation which will be sent by email with an identity document attached.

The identity card will be issued NOT VALID FOR EXPATRIATION if there is only one legal guardian and it is not possible to fill in the expatriation form by the absent legal guardian.
