Urgent measures to contain and manage the health emergency relating to the following countries
CROATIA, GREECE, MALTA, SPAIN
For the purpose of containing the spread of the COVID-19 virus, people who intend to enter within the national territory and who have stayed or transited through Croatia, Greece, Malta or Spain, in the previous fourteen days, are strictly required to undergo a molecular or antigen test - “swab test” - within 48 hours of entering the national territory.
All affected passengers are recommended to consult the ATS Bergamo website (atthe link:www.ats-bg.it) for information on how to reserve and perform the swab test within the county of Bergamo.
While waiting to undergo the test, people are subjected to mandatory self-quarantine at their home or residence.
The above-mentioned requirement does not apply in the event that a molecular or antigen test, carried out by means of a negative swab in the 72 hours prior to entry into the national territory, has been presented to the airline at the time of boarding.
It is also mandatory to immediately communicate the entrance into the national territory to the ATS Bergamo (public local health authority of the area).
